Hello everyone!

This is Connie, staff in charge of customer support at itoware, Osaka.

At itoaware, with our customer's permission, we post photos etc. of their ring-making experience on instagram.

We wish to convey our heartfelt gratitude to those customers who allowed us to do so.

Not only can you make your rings by participating in the ring-making experience,

but you can also make memories.

So that you can keep your precious memories forever, we take your photos during

the ring-making session so that you can take back your newly-made rings as well as

photos full of memories.

When we post on instagram, we post not only photos but also videos and slide shows.

We try to catch happy scenes as well as your beautiful smiles filled with happiness.

During the experience, when we say "Please look this way and smile and pose", they are

very cooperative and make various poses.

This is why we can take many photos filled with good memories and many such photos 

are posted on our instagram.

For us staff who support our customers during the ring-making experience, it makes us

really happy that we feel we have received a share of their happiness and that we are able

 to spend a pleasant time with them.
