You can eat Hiroshima okonomiyaki in Osaka!

I want to eat warm food on cold days

This is a new restaurant which opened this year where you can eat Hiroshima okonomiyaki.

I had a friend from Hiroshima who made okonomiyaki for me so that was the first time I ate it.

The second time was when I traveled to Hiroshima.

And the third time was at this shop near itoaware,

"Hiroshima Okonomiyaki / Teppanyaki Mae-chan"

You can choose yakisoba or udon with toppings and ingredients

It has plenty of cabbage, so you can get vegetables as well.

Because it is made on the iron plate in front of you

I was able to really observe how it was made 😊

Unlike Osaka okonomiyaki, there are many processes and the dough is thin, so it seems difficult to make (-_-;)

The sound of burning coming from the iron plate and the scent are irresistible! !! !! !!

Okonomiyaki is a volumy dish that you can eat with lots of vegetables.

It seems that the shop is run by the shop owner and the shop owner's mother, and they are both from Hiroshima.

The okonomiyaki I had while talking with the shop owners was really delicious.

The number of seats in the store is limited, so
