itoaware Osaka store will celebrate its full two years next month.

Recently, many people come to have their ring resized or re-polished.

Some of them made the ring shortly after our shop opened.

I am very happy that they have been using the ring for a long time.

Regarding our after-sales service,

resizing to the same finger within ±2 size as well as re-polishing is free of charge✨

Rings made at other sister stores can receive the same service!

Moreover, no reservation is required.

If you have the order sheet that you received when you made it,

please bring it with you.

After checking the condition of the ring and hearing your explanation,

we will re-polish and resize it.

Depending on the condition of the ring, it may not be possible to hand it over on the day.

We ask you for your understanding.

We also accept request for after service by mail.

In the case of mail,

please mail it to our head office "Aisorashi"  by prepayment (mailing charge to be paid by yourself).
