Q: How long does the experience take?

→ A: It takes about an hour.

Q: Can I take it home on  that day? ??

→ A: Yes, it is possible.

* If you add a diamond as an option, it will take about 3 weeks.

Q: I would like to place an order, not participating in a ring-making experience. 

Do I need to make a reservation?

→ A: No reservation required.

Please come directly to the shop.

Q: Can I resize the ring I made at the sister shops?

→ A: Yes, it is possible.

No reservation is required, so please go directly to shop.

When you go, we would appreciate it if you could take your "order card"

where the material and size of the ring you made are described.

We will fix it after hearing the circumstances from you.

It should be noted that the size can be adjusted up to ± 2 only with the same finger,

It may not be possible to fix it depending on the condition of the ring.

Q: How much does it cost?

→ A: Prices vary depending on the material, width, and options.

Q: Is it possible to put engravings inside the ring?

→ A: Yes, it is possible.

If the width of the ring is 1.5 mm or more, it can be engraved.

Type of engraving: Uppercase letters / numbers / & / to / ・ / ♥ / ★

* / (Slash) is not the type of engraving.

Q: I'm considering buying a wedding ring, can I buy one?

→ A: Many people buy wedding rings at our shop.

Not only casual rings, but also platinum and 18k gold.

Some people buy it by placing an order,

In the ring-texturing experience, you can pay for each other's ring and put a pattern on the rings..

The experience is also popular and recommended.

Q: Do you have a ring with stones?

→ A: It is possible to insert the diamonds only with flat setting.

* Stones cannot be brought in

If you choose to set a diamond, it will take about 3 weeks, so you cannot take it home on the day.

Q: Is it possible to experience with my child?

→ A: Only possible if accompanied by a guardian.

It is dangerous if the tools are dropped because a hammer and heavy tools are used.

Please be sure to have a guardian accompany you.

Q: Is there a parking lot?

→ A: There is no contract parking lot, so please use a nearby pay parking lot.

Also, please refrain from parking bicycles as our shop is located in a narrow alley.

If you come by bicycle, please use the paid bicycle parking lot in front of the station.

If you plan to shop in Umeda etc., please use the parking lot of the commercial facility etc.

If you use it, a free parking ticket may be issued at the commercial facility.

Q:  If the number of people participating in the experience and the number of people visiting the shop are different. How many people should I make a reservation for?

→ A: When making a reservation with Jalan or ASOVIEW

Please make a reservation with the number of people who will actually experience the patterning of the ring.

After that, please let us know the number of people who will come by phone etc.

Since seats are limited, seats cannot be prepared without prior notice.

Other customers are also experiencing it, so please let us know in advance.

Q: I have a broken ring in my house, can I repair it?

→ A: We cannot repair it.

The ring made at our shop,

or only the rings made at our sister shops can be maintained.
