About after service
How do you keep your jewelry in good shape?
There are various tools available on the market, and our shop also sells polishing cloths with abrasives.
You can use a polishing cloth to remove small scratches and tarnish on rings or blackening on silver rings.
We offer several after-sales services for rings purchased at our shop or sister shops.
In most cases we aim to return your ring to you on the same day.
However, in some cases we may need to keep the ring and return it to you at a later date or send it to you by mail.
We offer the following four services as after-sales services, including repairs.
●Repolishing
We polish the ring to remove any fine scratches.
Due to the polishing process, the pattern or engraving may become faint.
●Restraining
We return a distorted ring to a shape close to its original shape.
If the ring naturally becomes oval while wearing it,
the shape of the ring may have changed to fit the shape of your finger.
Therefore, even if you return it to a perfect circle, it is expected that it will change to the same shape to fit your finger again.
●Repairing a crack
Our rings are made by connecting wires of various metals.
The joints are weak and may crack due to impact or too much stress.
●Resizing
This is only possible for the same finger as when it was purchased.
- 2~[1mm, 1.5mm width] can be resized up to +1 size, [2mm width and over] can be resized up to +2 sizes.
Depending on the condition of the ring, this may not be possible.
Please note that repeated resizing may cause metal fatigue and may not be possible.
In addition, an additional fee of 5,500 yen will be charged for repairs of rings with diamonds and it will take about 3 weeks to repair.
The pattern or engraving may become faint due to resizing.
For rings with shapes other than round, the position of the engraving may shift.
For rings that cannot be repaired, you will need to purchase a new ring.
After-sales service is possible at other sister shops without making a reservation.
A warranty card (paper with details of the ring) will be required at that time.
*Reservations are not required.
Since many rings are very similar to those sold at our shop,
please note that we cannot accept your request if you do not have a warranty card.
