Baked Confectionary Shop "Nitinichi_ka"

This is Connie from itoaware-Osaka.
Itoaware is located in the retro townscape of Nakazakicho . Taking advantage of this atmosphere, there are cafes, restaurants, cake shops, general stores, esthetic salons, nail salons, beauty salons... there are many unique shops that can only be found in this area .
Today I would like to introduce one of them, a baked confectionery shop.
It is 「Nitinichi_ka」, a store specializing in takeaway baked sweets. The concept of the store that opened in December last year is "nothing special something for every day." It is a shop where you can buy simple and plain baked goods, made with specially selected ingredients such as dried fruits, nuts, spices, chocolate, etc making it a very luxurious snack. Don't you think so?
With the nostalgic atmosphere inside the shop, depending on the day and the season,
a lot of baked sweets are lined up. Everything looks so delicious! Can’t decide which one to buy! The time spent selecting the sweets is also very enjoyable.
Biscotti
Among the many baked goods, I love Biscotti, which is full of chewyness. The more you chew, the more you feel the taste of the material. It’s best for break time and it goes well with coffee, tea, and milk, so I think it's a snack that both adults and children will appreciate.
Muffin
When I see a muffin, my cravings for sweets gets uncontrollably strong.....am I the only one who feels this way?You will be happy if you can have it for breakfast on a day you want to work hard or for brunch on a relaxing day-off. Since most of the baked goods are not too sweet, you can also have one as a meal.
A different variety of pound cakes are available for each season, so next time I would like to take one home with me.
Everyday Sable
A very cute cookie with a smiley face engraved on it. The cookie uses sugar called Sudakito . When I looked up the sugar I heard for the first time, it seems that it is 100 % sugar cane and it is a kind of sugar that is carefully cooked with the raw material with it’s minerals and flavor intact. As it is not as strong as brown sugar, it complements the ingredients with which it is combined with it’s gentle sweetness.
I can't keep myself from buying a carefully made sable that uses such sugar!
It’s really a must-buy item!
What was introduced in the store for the coming hot season, sandwiching the sable with your favorite ice cream. Next time I must definitely try this.
Originally, the baked confectionery were lined up on the counter, but now it's changed to displaying only one sample of each one. If you let them know what you selected, it will be prepared for you. The payment is also made using the tray, and you can receive the goods on the counter, so it is safe.
Wouldn't you think the warm baked goods made very carefully from selected ingredients are perfect to have at your home cafe or as presents for your friends?
