Happy Coming of Age Day

 January 10th was Coming-of-Age Day.

Congratulations to all who became adults this year

I think there are many people who had an adult ceremony yesterday and the day before yesterday.

Once-in-a-life adult ceremony.

Even in Osaka, we saw new adults wearing nice furisode and hakama in the city.

Recently, people have been talking that the Civil Code will be amended and that the

adult age will be reduced to 18 years old from April of this year.

It seems that the reduction of the adult age is the first time since the 9th year of the Meiji era.

It seems that there are more things that can be done from the age of 18 due to the reduction, and there are things that can only be done from the age of 20 as before, so I thought that I had to respond properly to the changes.

By the way, there are also people who come to itoaware to make rings to commemorate their becoming adults.

Last year, there was a couple who participated in the ring-making experience to make rings as a gift to commemorate their adulthood.

Please make a special ring that you make yourself to commemorate the special day of your life.
