I'm Connie in charge of customer service 😊

It will be two years next month since our Osaka shop opened.

I really supported many customers' ring-making experiences.

Many people who allowed us to post on Instagram and SNS expressed the enjoyment of the experience with various actions and poses.

Thanks to that, I am grateful that I was able to create a movie full of individuality.

Also, many saw our postings on  Instagram and thought, "Seems like a lot of fun! 

and made reservations for the experience. These customers also expressed their enjoyment with photos and videos, and this feeling of "Seems like a lot of fun!" is spreading  for which I feel deep joy and graditude!

I as well as our staff members will continue to improve our customer service skills so that you can enjoy the experience and I  will continue to devise ways to make it even more enjoyable.
