Itoaware Osaka shop will celebrate its' third anniversary this month and will start the 4th year.

Many of you are visiting us for the first time,

I feel that many repeaters have a wonderful connection with everyone.

It has been three years since the Osaka shop was opened and some customers have lost their rings and come to buy the same ones.

We sometimes receive inquiries from customers who reside in a far away location.

In such a case, you don't have to come to our shop as you can purchase it at our

The engraving can be purchased as a separate item in the cart.

You can also receive after-sales service at the above sister shops for itoaware rings made to order by a craftsman or by a pattern texturing experience.

Repairing distortions, cracks, re-polishing, and resizing (Only rings that are worn on the same finger as when they were purchased can be resized from -2 to +1 or +2. However, resizing may not be possible depending on the condition of the ring.)

For those who live far away, we also provide after-sales service by mail.

Also, depending on the sister shop, there are some items that are limited to the shop, so not all shops have the same items.

For example, certain stamps for engraving may be a limited stamp just for the shop where you made or ordered the ring.

The limited product of the Osaka shop is a 4.0mm silver ring with a large thickness and width.

The 4.0mm silver ring-texturing workshop is also available only at the Osaka shop.

Limited items may not be available in the Aisorashi Online Shop.
